Meet Brooke.
A certified personal trainer who brings the work to you: your home gym, your building's fitness center, wherever you already are.
Brooke holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from High Point University, where she coached students through the patient work of getting stronger. Not louder, not faster, just steadily more capable.
Today she brings that same attentive eye to clients across Richmond. Their home gyms, their building's fitness centers, the spaces they already know. No franchises, no crowded floors. Just a standing appointment and programming built entirely around you.
