Brooke Banazek holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from High Point University, where she spent years coaching students through the work of becoming stronger, not louder, not faster, just stronger.

Today she brings that same patient eye to a small handful of clients across Richmond. Their home gyms, their apartment fitness centers, the commercial gyms they already know. No bootcamps. No franchises. Just a calendar of standing appointments and the slow, deliberate work of building capability.
