Brooke Banazek did not plan to become the kind of trainer who knew the layout of her clients' guest bedrooms, the gym in their apartment building, the corner of a commercial gym where they felt most themselves. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from High Point University and was, for years, the kind of coach you'd find at a university rec center.
