I'm Brooke. And I make showing up the easy part.
I earned my B.S. in Exercise Science at High Point University, where I fell in love with the slow, personal work of changing how someone moves through their life.
Now I bring that work to a small handful of clients across Richmond, training them in their own home gyms, their apartment fitness centers, the commercial gyms they already know. Convenience meets accountability. That is the whole promise.
